Naaaaaaaaa it's been 699 for the last 3 or 4 times around. By 2016 he might get it down to a realistic price.

Nothing a little JB Weld and duct tape couldn't fix.

Help me with my imagination. What could you possibly do to this to return it to its former glory without sending a lot of money on it. Other than a motor and a diaphragm it's worthless - correct?

No real way of recreating a speaker basket.......

I think $5 would be fair for a 1948 Altec magnetic flower pot/doorstop.

It's worth ~200 bucks as it sits, maybe a little more because it's a hollywood motor. It'll bolt into any of the 3 frame styles.

Suppose you spent: 200 for the motor
100 for a horn(old style multicell, new style is prolly 20-30 bucks)
    100 for a diaphragm
    100 for a new frame
    100 for re-cone
    50 shipping

Lets see you buy a NEW 604 for $650...........................
